Endline Evaluation of Project Flood Recovery and Response: A community-wide Approach

Strengthening Participatory Organization (SPO) is implementing a project that is contributing towards enhanced economic and social resilience of communities in 4 districts effected by floods of 2022. The project aims to enhance economic recovery, improve economically viable skills, contribute towards improved WASH conditions as well as support to vulnerable groups including women, girls, elderly and PWDs.

This assignment focused on end-of-project evaluation providing a comprehensive assessment of the project activities against the established OECD – DAC evaluation criteria. The evaluation findings were not only providing a performance assessment of the project but also be used to inform future projects with similar scope.
