Evaluation of Capacity Building Component of Better Cotton Project

Interact Consulting undertook an evaluation of the Capacity building component of Better Cotton Project of SWRDO in line with the BCI Continuous Improvement Process Framework. Certain roles and responsibilities were defined for each tier. Those roles and responsibilities were listed in the subsequent figure for the major CIP cycle milestones. InterAct Consulting used that as framework as a starting point of its evaluation, apart from other capacity building instruments.
