Dec, 2024 - May 2025
Detailed Description
The Aga Khan Foundation Pakistan (AKFP), in collaboration with the Aga Khan Agency for Habitat Pakistan (AKAHP), Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (AKRSP), and Aga Khan University (AKU), is implementing a post-flood recovery initiative titled “Increasing Resilience and Helping People Recover” in disaster-affected areas of Gilgit Baltistan, Chitral (KP), and Districts Sanghar and Badin in Sindh. Funded by Bank Alfalah, the project supports flood-affected communities—especially farming households—by restoring agricultural lands, revitalizing livelihoods, and improving access to essential health and WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) services.
