Final Evaluation of Strengthening Food Security Resilience of Small Holder Farmers by Adapting Climate Change through Multi-level Approaches

This project served towards end-of-project performance evaluation providing a comprehensive assessment of the project activities against the established evaluation criteria. The evaluation findings were not only providing a performance assessment of the project but also be used to inform future projects with similar scope. The evaluation learnings may also be used to further assess the suitability of the model in terms of replication and upscaling.
