Mid-Term Evaluation of the Strategic Plan Implementation (2017-2027) Khwendo Kor

Khwendo Kor developed its 10-year strategic plan in 2017 with an aim to steer the organization in to future. The strategic plan has been followed for the last 5 years to facilitate steady growth of KK programmes and its sustainability. With the Strategic plan almost half way through, KK intended to undertake a Mid Term evaluation of the Strategic Plan. Mid Term Evaluation of Strategic Plan evaluated performance of the Strategic Plan in relation to its goals, design and pathways. It also reflected on achievements and shortcomings, and re-examined the strategy itself. The mid-term evaluation aimed to evaluate the performance of strategic plan of KK on its objectives.
