Training on Strategic Programme Planning

The Strategic Programme Planning Workshop organized by Community World Service Asia (CWSA) was a pivotal event aimed at enhancing the strategic planning capabilities of civil society organizations (CSOs) in Pakistan. This workshop was designed to equip participants with the tools and methodologies necessary for effective strategic planning, ensuring that their programs are aligned with community needs and developmental goals. The training program specifically targeted NGOs staff, recognizing the crucial role they play in achieving shared goals.
